Ihre Aufgaben

The Head of Creative is responsible for leading, managing and holding the Creative team accountable to ensure TKG delivers high-quality, results-driven work for our clients. From teaching and bringing up the skillsets of Creative team members to lending a hand when needed, this is a hands-on role that ensures that both our work and our Creative team are strong.,

• Ability to lead, manage and hold Creative team members accountable for their work

• Have a thorough understanding of all Creative tactics, including Content, Design and Video

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Development to ensure greater team success, as well as liaise with the Account team as needed

• Understand client goals and work to develop strategies and tell their story through the creative process, including content, design and video

• Understand and follow industry best practices to approach creative, digital and traditional media

• Work with the Creative team to identify creative solutions to be implemented through marketing strategies

• Ensure that the creative process is carried through from inception to completion

• Nurture talent while working to grow skillset and knowledge

• Offer solutions and build processes to help TKG improve and work smarter

• Build consistency in deliverables among Creative team

• Work closely with Creative, Marketing and Development teams on total client success,

• Direct creative efforts

• Ensure all visual and content elements align with the overall marketing strategy

• Coordinate with all other Marketing Service Delivery teams

Ihr Profil

• Understanding of core digital marketing tactics and how creative supports those efforts

• Ability to mentor and teach the Creative team to bring up skillsets and ensure deliverables are on point

• Self-manage time against workload and capacity

• Remain current as trends evolve

• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment,

• Minimum of 8-10 years of successful results in Digital Marketing and Creative, with experience leading teams
