Manage timely processing of all admission-related material (paper and electronic documents), data record and entry, database maintenance, related to admission including scanning, electronic and paper filling.

Serve prospective students and applicants by answering incoming calls and respond to emails, greeting walk-ins, answering questions, providing prospects with contact information and taking phone messages.

Support University partners and Academic units by answering incoming calls and respond to emails, and troubleshoot and resolve issues within Slate application system.

Delegate work to student support staff and oversee the accuracy of the production of their work.

Ihr Profil
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of administrative and customer service support experience., High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Minimum two years of administrative and customer service support experience in an educational environment preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with people in a diverse community - Ability to pay attention to detail and to handle confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion required - Demonstrated ability to proactively set priorities and work with diplomacy and efficiency in a high demand environment - Proven customer service skills - Excellent organizational, communication and collaborative skills - Ability to receive detailed information through verbal and written communication - Ability to write, expressing and exchanging ideas. - Experience with student information systems - Demonstrated computer experience Certificates/Credentials/Licenses n/a Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required.
