We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing IT solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with business goals. This role involves providing recommendations, managing resources, and ensuring project success through effective coordination and communication. Strong problem-solving abilities, IT systems knowledge, and client relationship management will be critical for success. Your responsibilities would be:

Collaborate with business process owners to understand, document, and analyze business needs, requirements and processes, identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Design functional solutions to meet business, technical and CSV requirements

Work closely with the technical teams, developers or external vendors.

Maintain a comprehensive overview of IT systems and how they integrate with business processes, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business needs.

Act as a key point of contact for business partners and technical teams

Provide functional advice and support to other IT teams, ensuring smooth system integration and process continuity.

Work with cross-functional teams to drive system and process integration improvements.

Provide regular status reports related to the analysis of business processes and implementation of solutions and/or present proposed solutions to the high leadership

Contribute to resource planning related to the implementation of IT recommendations.

Ensure that weekly status reports are delivered, keeping leadership informed on project progress and outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement through metrics analysis and trend reporting, ensuring ongoing optimization of business processes and IT systems.

Proactively identify and implement "best practice" processes and configurations, ensuring system efficiency and process standardization.

Participate in cross-functional knowledge sharing within the organization to promote a consistent approach to system development and configuration.
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, informatics, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a global IT environment.

Solid overview of IT systems, infrastructure, and their interaction with business processes to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business requirements.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.

Excellent client relationship management skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple demands and enhancements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
