PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Ihre Aufgaben

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Accessories Product Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and bringing to market innovative fashion accessories that align with Floralpunk's vision and target market., Concept Development:

• Research and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to develop unique accessory concepts.

• Adapt ideas of Creative Director into sketches and prototypes.

• Own prototype development process

  Material Sourcing:

• Identify and source appropriate materials, trims, and components for accessory production.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and sustainability.

  Technical Specifications:

• Create detailed product specifications and technical packages for production.

• Ensure that all designs meet quality standards.

  Project Management:

• Manage timelines and milestones throughout the product development process.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including branding, marketing, buying and accounting.

  Testing and Quality Control:

• Oversee product testing and ensure quality control measures are in place.

• Implement feedback loops to improve product design and functionality.

  Market Launch:

• Assist with product information for product launches.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge and support

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in fashion accessories development or a similar role

• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle

• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and technical drawing

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends
