Collaborate with line management to identify HR needs and develop mid and long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Drive strategic workforce planning in collaboration with business units and controlling/finance.

Provide guidance on succession planning to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.

Develop comprehensive plans for recruitment, retention, and talent acquisition strategies.

Manage the recruitment process in collaboration with local HR managers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Identify training needs across all levels of the organization and develop tailored training programs and workshops aligned with business requirements.

Ensure proper implementation of Yazaki's HR policies, including Compensation & Benefits, and support with relocation policies when needed.

Lead and deliver change projects in alignment with the HR agenda, managing the people side of business projects such as integration and restructuring.

Provide change management support to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Monitor and analyze HR data and KPIs to enhance HR efficiency and influence data-driven decision-making.

Support the business in implementing yearly Compensation & Benefits processes, including salary increases, bonuses, and related activities.
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation, ideally in an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of workforce planning, recruitment, retention strategies, and talent management.

Familiarity with HR policies, Compensation & Benefits, and change management practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Proficient in using HR data and analytics to drive informed decisions.
