So when I started as a Senior Analyst at Sollers in mid 2020, I was looking forward to dive deeper into the world of IT and project management. My main assignment is at one of the biggest German insurers where I'm supporting the digital transformation.

What I probably appreciate most at Sollers is being surrounded by competent and motivated people. A lot of frequent knowledge exchange and the possibility to take active parts in projects helps you to grow steadily. And a transparent path of promotion let's you build your own career.



Ihre Aufgaben


  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various lead generation strategies

  • Be part of a fast-growing business consulting company focused on the insurance industry

  • Lead B2B sales activities

  • Act as an expert and advisor to clients in both business and IT areas, proposing the best solutions based on your expertise

  • Lead consulting teams during business and IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies

  • Help insurance clients navigate toward the most appropriate IT solutions

  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the industry and stay updated on the latest trends and developments

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company

  • Build and cultivate long-term relationships with industry clients, providing ongoing support and identifying new selling opportunities

  • Support the development of product and go-to-market strategies



Ihr Profil


  • A deep understanding of the insurance industry

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance companies, insurance-related consulting or software companies

  • Strong IT knowledge, including the technological challenges and potential solutions in the insurance industry

  • Ability to translate business issues into IT blueprints and develop appropriate solutions

  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment or for a software company

  • A network of contacts in the insurance market and a strong ability to generate leads through networking events, referrals, and other channels

  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term business relationships and new opportunities

  • Ability to develop opportunities into sold projects

  • Self-motivation and a competitive mindset, driven by a desire to achieve and exceed targets

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Knowledge of IT implementation projects in the insurance industry

  • Proficiency in German and English,

  • High adaptability and the ability to quickly learn and understand new products and services

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools

  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
