Ihre Aufgaben

• Management and control of a specialist team of developers

• Consulting, planning, implementation and support of enterprise IT and software projects (multi-project management) with customers

• Creation of detailed concepts, cost estimates, project plans, reporting and documentation

• Project controlling

• Quality assurance and testing

• Commercial responsibility for existing customers

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and further development of customers

• Supporting and developing your colleagues in project management

Ihr Profil

Do you love to be in direct contact with customers and, as an organisational talent and communicator, to fully supervise projects of your own team? Then we need to get to know each other!,

• A successful degree, an apprenticeship or comparable practical experience in project management through a lateral entry.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the e-commerce sector

• Understanding of commercial contexts

• Experience in multi-project management (supervision of several projects at the same time) as well as in consulting and presenting to and for customers.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or platform systems such as Shopware, Oxid eSales, Ibexa or comparable systems as well as e-commerce in general would be helpful.

• Very good knowledge of project management methods such as Scrum, Kanban and Milestone project management

• Very good knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Soft skills such as organisational talent, communication skills, initiative, reliability and diligence are important

• Good language skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1), both written and spoken, with additional language skills such as French or Spanish also welcome.
