In this position, our employees have the option to choose between a gross hourly wage of €12,88 with 30 vacation days per calendar year for a 5-day workweek or €13,13 gross per hour with 26 vacation days per calendar year for a 5-day workweek.

• inflation compensation: Our employees will receive a monthly inflation compensation of € 100,00 net (full-time) until December 31, 2024. Part-time employees will receive this payment proportionally.

• Holiday and Christmas bonus: After one year of employment, you are entitled to a Christmas and holiday bonus.

• 10 € voucher for medimops.de: Every month you will receive a voucher to buy your favourite books, DVDs, CDs and games at medimops.

• Vacation 2024: This year, our employees can choose whether they want 26 or 30 days of vacation. This choice is made by you directly during the hiring process.

• 1/2 day off on your birthday: On your birthday you get half a day off. In addition, we only have the normal early shift on 24.12. and 31.12.

• Discounts: For an additional task as a first aider, security officer, etc. you can choose one of the following discounts: 4 days special leave or a voucher card for many shops.

Wir bieten Ihnen

Wir haben sowohl Vollzeit- als auch Teilzeitbeschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (40, 32, 24 Std. pro Woche) zur Verfügung.

Unsere Schichtzeiten sind Früh- und Spätschicht wöchentlich wechselnd. Die Frühschicht ist von 6:00 bis 14:45 Uhr, die Spätschicht von 14:30 bis 23:15 Uhr.
