Ihre Aufgaben


  • Support Clinical Trial Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring all activities are conducted according to project timelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Comparator Sourcing: Help with identifying, evaluating, and sourcing comparator drugs for various clinical trials, including market research and supplier communication.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of trial progress, including documentation of supplier agreements, inventory management, and shipment tracking.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing and maintaining documents required for regulatory submissions, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the supply chain, regulatory, and project management teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on clinical trial trends, new regulations, and potential suppliers to support business development activities.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to the Clinical Trial Services team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and tracking key metrics.



Ihr Profil


Our Clinical Trial Services division is providing end-to-end support for clinical trials, including comparator sourcing, supply chain management, and regulatory support. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Clinical Trial Services team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the management and operations of clinical trials, contributing to the success of innovative research and drug development.,

  • Current student or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • A keen interest in clinical research and the pharmaceutical industry, with a passion for supporting innovative healthcare solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
