Ihre Aufgaben


  • You are responsible for our Office Management for all of our 9 locations and uses Quality standards and processes on

  • You look after our Reception with the Switchboard and take care of all our needs. Visitors:inside

  • You take over the Coordination of our service providers and suppliers for cleaning, green plant care, technology, etc.

  • You are for the Office procedures (mail, contract management, cash desk) and the Appearance of the Munich office responsible

  • You help with questions from staff members regarding Office administration matters

  • You are responsible for the Fleet management (management of pool vehicles, driving licence control)

  • You support our ISO Certifications in all office management topics

  • You take over the implementation of measures and the introduction of standards for Occupational safety and Health management

  • You coordinate our internal employee initiative "Feelgood Musketeers"

  • You support with the Planning Internal and external Events



Ihr Profil


  • You have completed a degree in commercial professional training, alternatively in the hotel industry or flight attendant or a comparable qualification

  • You bring several years of Experience in the area of Office Management & Fleet Management with

  • You have know-how in the field of Occupational safety

  • You are the reason why our employees like to go to the Office come

  • For you is Customer satisfaction and excellent Service a matter of course

  • You know how to give your counterpart a Smile in the face

  • You are a Organisational talent and are used to working independently, trustworthily and proactively

  • You are confident in working with Microsoft Office 365 and ideally have experience with Confluence and JIRA

  • You communicate confidently at all levels in German and English Language (oral and written)
