Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V (NSEU) has been established in 2002 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Nippon Seiki Co. Ltd., based in Nagaoka, Japan. Our European headquarter is located in Hoofddorp - The Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Munich (DE), Redditch (UK), factory in Ksawerow (PL) and a software development office in Gdansk (PL).

Ensure good communication with internal customers and suppliers, utilising portals and existing systems where applicable

Sales Budget (60 month plan)

Managing updates and distribution in-line with agreed requirements from NSEU Leadership Team and NS Japan Business Planning

Supporting and monitoring Business Team during updates

Ensuring all details are correctly updated

Tracking changes and reporting variations to budget

Analysis of actual performance v's budget

Supporting queries from Leadership Team

Generation of reports and graph to support visual representation of data.
- Rolling Sales Forecast, supporting finance to provide

Analysis of monthly sales result

Understanding deviations to budget

Generation of reports and graph to support visual representation of data.
- Generating Level 3 processes and tools to support Budget planning
Ihr Profil
-
University degree in Business or Finance related field
-
Experience working in the automotive industry or in a manufacturing company within an international work environment

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and BI tools
-
Knowledge of accounting and management reporting
-
Knowledge of ERP system would be an advantage
-
Financial accounting experience
-
Fluent in English

Good analytical skills

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently
