Business Analyst

Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V (NSEU) has been established in 2002 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Nippon Seiki Co. Ltd., based in Nagaoka, Japan. Our European headquarter is located in Hoofddorp - The Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Munich (DE), Redditch (UK), factory in Ksawerow (PL) and a software development office in Gdansk (PL).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Ensure good communication with internal customers and suppliers, utilising portals and existing systems where applicable

• Sales Budget (60 month plan)

• Document owner

• Managing updates and distribution in-line with agreed requirements from NSEU Leadership Team and NS Japan Business Planning

• Supporting and monitoring Business Team during updates

• Ensuring all details are correctly updated

• Tracking changes and reporting variations to budget

• Analysis of actual performance v's budget

• Supporting queries from Leadership Team

• Generation of reports and graph to support visual representation of data.

• Rolling Sales Forecast, supporting finance to provide

• Analysis of monthly sales result

• Understanding deviations to budget

• Generation of reports and graph to support visual representation of data.

• Generating Level 3 processes and tools to support Budget planning

Ihr Profil

• University degree in Business or Finance related field

• Experience working in the automotive industry or in a manufacturing company within an international work environment

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and BI tools

• Knowledge of accounting and management reporting

• Knowledge of ERP system would be an advantage

• Financial accounting experience

• Fluent in English

• Good analytical skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently
