FP&A Manager / Controlling

Ihre Aufgaben

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Take the responsibility on Sales & Cost Controlling for individual countries

• Create Ad-hoc analysis to the senior management

• Forecasting and Planning:

• Assist in developing forecasts and targets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives

• Collaborate with different departments to develop strategies and action plans to achieve targets

• Track the budget within the monthly reporting

• Process Optimization:

• Identification of inefficiencies and bottlenecks in all FP&A process and solution proposal for improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices

• BI Tools and Data Warehouse:

• Support of the BI team in creating dashboards for cost center owners, country managers and the senior management

• Support of new SAP process integration/adaptation in SAP (production orders, SD conditions)

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in controller/finance/FP&A

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel

• Experienced in SAP and BI

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload effectively

• Fluent English skills
