Ihre Aufgaben


You are an Account Manager, E-Commerce Specialist, and Marketer in one:

  • You are responsible for all PAYBACK e-com voucher partners and models where our customers can collect points.

  • You lead a Junior Partner Manager on a professional level

  • You take care of budget and forecast planning

  • You develop your strategy in coordination with your leadership, take over marketing and sales planning, and continuously measure the performance of your actions

  • You conceptualize digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales approaches for acquiring new customers and developing existing customers

  • You identify potentials based on market, industry, and company analyses and implement them accordingly



Ihr Profil


  • You have a completed degree or relevant training in the field of e-commerce or business studies

  • You bring relevant professional experience in digital marketing and key account management and are very familiar with the eCom business

  • Communication is your great strength, you always think customer-oriented, and you work result-oriented and self-initiated

  • You are data-driven, ambitious, have good analytical thinking skills, can quickly grasp complex issues, and derive appropriate actions from them

  • You are confident in presentation and negotiation

  • You enjoy working with a variety of interfaces

  • You have already gained initial experience in leading employees
