Ihre Aufgaben


As Head of Client Service, you are the strategic link between our agency and our clients. Your main task is to ensure that our clients' expectations are not only met, but exceeded. You will lead and develop our client service team and work closely with international clients to develop and implement customised communication strategies.

Your mission includes:

  • Management and development of our client service team in all three of our locations (Berlin, Munich & Hamburg)

  • Strategic advice and support for our clients, together with our entire client service team

  • Further development of the holistic client strategy of LOOPING ONE, focussing on the establishment and expansion of a comprehensive sales structure and a self-contained sales strategy

  • Ensuring the quality and efficiency of our customer projects and analysing customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve our products and services

  • Promoting proactive and solution-orientated customer support to ensure long-term and successful customer relationships

  • Actively participate in the development of LOOPING ONE's corporate culture

  • Be an active member of LOOPING ONE's senior management team



Ihr Profil


  • You have 10 years of experience in client service, preferably in a full-service agency

  • You are familiar with various communication disciplines and agency processes

  • You have a client-centred mindset and the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients, including C-level stakeholders

  • You have experience in setting up sales structures and a holistic customer journey

  • You have a deep understanding of different communication channels and strategies as well as a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions

  • You already have strong experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams, including inspiring and motivating your team members

  • You value quality, an efficient way of working and use your creative and communicative understanding to drive projects to the finish line

  • You are willing to travel in order to support our teams in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich as well as our customers on site

  • You have very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
