Ihre Aufgaben

• Organizational structures expansion: Work with business and central PMOs on company-wide projects supporting expansion to new talent pools and geographies. E.g., provide holistic HR consulting (expertise and research) and operational project support on initiatives, such as opening new Knowledge Hubs.

• Organizational analysis: Act as a main point of contact for requests related to organizational analysis, e.g., ability to run and analyze reports on organizational setup, effectiveness, and scalability. Can draw conclusions from such exercises and provide recommendations to business and HR stakeholders on how to address these issues.

• Change management: Bring your experience with change management tools and techniques to HR and business teams, to guide our stakeholders on the change journey. Develop and lead change strategies for various HR / organizational initiatives.

• HR Consulting: Partner with HR and business stakeholders across all regions to resolve complex organizational issues and provide support to cross-departmental projects in topics of org. design, change management, solutions on people-related topics.

• Close cooperation with L&D and Talent teams (direct team), on overlapping cross-functional topics, e.g., development of leadership capabilities, succession planning framework.

Ihr Profil

We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Manager Organizational Development (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. You will join the People & Organizational Development team which consists of 5 team members and is based out of Munich, Berlin, and Sofia. This position is available in Sofia, Warsaw, Berlin and Munich. This contract is available full time, or part time (minimum 30 hours/week).,

• You have a degree, or similar, in a business-related field of studies with focus on Psychology, Coaching & Training or Educational Science, or similar.

• Ideally, you gained at least 5 years of work experience in Organizational Development / HR Projects, or similar; ideally in a dynamic environment. HR consulting background preferred.

• You distinguish yourself through strong conceptional skills, but you are also able to show your strengths in operational work.

• You are a skilled project manager able to plan and coordinate timelines, stakeholders, milestone deliverables.

• You have experience in working conceptually with talent programs/strategy.

• You have experience in implementing company-wide and global initiatives and changes.

• You are committed, empathetic, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style.

• You demonstrate strong personal and written communication skills.

• You have strong analytical skills and good presentation skills.

• Full professional proficiency in English. German or any other European language is a plus.
