Ihre Aufgaben

• Actively supporting and independently managing defined customers in the sales region (e.g., implementing the sales strategy, defining targets, developing marketing activities and sales promotion measures)

• Planning sales and budget in detail with monthly updates, developing measures in case of identified deviations

• Preparing and conducting annual meetings

• Acting as the interface to Order Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Quality departments at Schleich GmbH, ensuring information exchange with these departments to guarantee optimum customer care

• Monitoring day-to-day operations and controlling sales activities

• Preparing analyses, conducting research, and performing customer and competition analyses, as well as preparing reports

• Participating in trade fair appearances of Schleich GmbH and, if applicable, its distribution partners

• Supervising independent sales projects

Ihr Profil

• You have a university degree, e.g. in Business Administration

• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• You are fluent in English, spoken and written

• You have relevant professional experience abroad and an international mindset - at least working experience in international teams

• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
