Ihre Aufgaben

• Conceptual development and management of figures from idea to production readiness, including the supervision of junior designers

• Training and mentoring of junior designers as well as management of department-relevant documents

• Deputizing for the Head of Product Design Figurines and budget planning for the figure department

• Conducting research, ideation, and concept development as well as digital and manual figure modeling

• Planning and assigning tasks to external designers while communicating with external modelers and service providers

• Development of technical connections and supervision of the color design process for figures

• Creation of print templates and maintenance of development-relevant documents

• Organization, tracking of timelines, and budget management within the figure department

Ihr Profil

• Completed degree in Design or comparable professional training

• Strong design skills, both in drawing and modeling

• Basic knowledge of anatomy

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in project management

• Knowledge of 3D modeling (e.g., Z-Brush, FreeForm Sensable, 3D Coat) and Adobe Creative Suite

• Advantageous: Additional software skills in construction, animation, or rendering

• Desirable: Experience in manual modeling techniques, model making, as well as basic knowledge in tool construction, plastic design, and injection molding

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent German and English skills are required
