We are seeking two qualified and versatile individuals to join our Digitalization & BPA (Business Process Automatization) team (RIA1.4.6) for RIA NonLife. Situated within the GPO RIA Admin Development NonLife department, our team's mission is to deliver automation solutions to RIA that prioritize innovation, user-friendliness, scalability, and above all, efficiency. We oversee projects from inception to completion, hereby contributing to RIA's global digital transformation.
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to take over responsibility for a variety of tasks, including. (The final grading of the position as Senior Consultant or Consultant will depend on your prior level of experience and competencies for the position):
Your Job

Collaborating with our stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for automation projects

Taking over responsibility for the technical implementation of automated solutions including

Leading the design, development, and maintenance
-
Giving guidance on the technical set-up of Azure Data Factory, SQL, R and R-Shiny including the translation of business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications

Overseeing thorough testing and validation to ensure solutions meet user requirements

Coordinating and leading roll-out activities like training, key-user onboarding, authorization concepts, etc.

Providing problem resolution and incident support for our applications

Creating necessary technical documentation to support product and project requirements according to our MR Essentials

Assisting RIA in technical matters such as data extraction from SAP, implementation of advanced MS Excel functionalities (e.g. VBA, Power Query), reporting and visualisation

University degree in computer science or equivalent education with a strong IT focus

Advanced Knowledge of SQL, R & preferably R-Shiny

Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure

Advanced knowledge of the SAP-based RI Admin and reporting systems (EDWH, FS-RI, FS-CD) and other MR Finance applications like Global Template, Econ, etc. desirable
