Ihre Aufgaben

• Design implementation: Development of the color scheme and decoration of our figures - always with a view to feasibility and cost-effectiveness - in close cooperation with our design and marketing teams

• Global project management: Support and management of international suppliers in the implementation of decoration specifications - from initial sampling to series production.

• Quality management: Procurement, evaluation and approval of development and production samples through to the release of series production.

• Project coordination: Internal coordination and documentation of decoration-specific milestones within an interdisciplinary project team

• Documenting processes: Creation of change and release documentation and maintenance of parts lists

• Driving innovation: Testing and introducing new color systems, shades and application processes in collaboration with paint manufacturers and external development partners. This also includes the exciting opportunity to regularly gain insights into the production processes directly on site - a unique chance to experience international perspectives and expand your know-how!

Ihr Profil

• You have completed an apprenticeship or degree with a creative, technical or commercial focus

• You already have experience in color determination, coloring and paint application

• Ideally, you are familiar with common paint application techniques such as airbrushing, pad printing and UV printing

• You are a strong communicator and work in a team and solution-oriented manner

• Experienced handling of MS365 is a prerequisite, SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Willingness to travel internationally (20%) rounds off your profile
