Your Tasks

• Ensure that TÜV SÜD services adhere to industry regulations and established standards:
• Develop Technical Compliance and Quality Strategies: Create and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure TÜV SÜD services meet regulatory standards
• Policy Development and Implementation: Create, modify and implement TCQM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with technical regulations
• Risk Management: Assess technical compliance and quality risks, develop risk mitigation strategies
• Audits and Investigations: Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with technical regulations and standards
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-divisional / cross-regional teams, to address TCQM issues and improve processes

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
• Regulatory knowledge with a detailed understanding of technical regulations, in-depth knowledge of the ISO 170xx Series is desirable
• Project management experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team compliance and quality management projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying compliance issues and developing effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical compliance and quality management concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences (e.g. standardization committees)
• Fluent English skills, with German language skills preferred

Additional Information
