This role is part of the team that supports Commercial's vision to better engage with customers using digital capabilities that can be personalized and optimized powered by data & insights. As the Product Manager (Digital & Innovations) (m/f/d) for ViiV Germany, you will be accountable for designing, building and maintaining the channels required to deliver best-in-industry customer experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the performance, usability, and stability of the channel ecosystem, data-based decision for success, creating content for HIV across individual therapies. This role can make a huge impact on HCPs and patients with careful and creative optimization of the omni-channel ecosystem.,

Lead and embed the customer experience strategy and tactics in the market by implementing the Marketing Mix Model that identifies which channel has highest impact for HCPs, nurses and patients

Create tailored content with the right fit to strategy and the channel in cooperation with the cross-functional teams (Medical, Patient Affairs, Sales)

Build automated HCP feedback loop to better understand customer response and hence create attributes that can be used for segmentation and omnichannel.

Drive digital innovation tools and activities (including AI) to maximize touchpoints along the customer journey

Identify and prioritize user funnels, based on KPIs and demonstrate improvement against these

Support shaping the organizational culture on delivering modern customer experiences, demonstrate leadership among marketers, raising the profile of omni-channel impact on HCP behavior and benchmarking against 'best practices' externally

Build and maintain a close relationship with global and local stakeholders across Tech, Performance & Operations, Marketing and Sales to prioritize market requirements for platform structure and functionality
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or other related fields with extensive experience in digital analytics.

Track-proven experience in Multichannel Marketing and/or Omnichannel Management delivering results

Experienced within Pharma or another regulated industry (e.g Consumer health products)

Strong understanding of website architecture, UX and web analytics

Significant experience with SEO, paid search, email marketing in a highly regulated industry

Experience in driving culture change towards digital and customer experience

Fluency in both German and English
