In this role you will collaborate with internal business stakeholders as well as with multiple IT roles, such as Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Business Process Liaisons, solution owners from areas like SAP, PIM, DAM, Cloud Services etc. and with external technology & service vendor partners.

What You Will Do

Drives pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements, by conducting workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources based on standard templates

Supports IT Architects and other planners to assess current capabilities and identifies high-level business requirements and participates in breakdown of these business demands into high-level requirements on IT-solutions

Proactively identifies strengths and weakness and suggests areas of improvement along with possible solutions according to customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals

Develops business cases and support the prioritization process, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Continuously reviews and edits requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution

Works with the project manager, architects, and other developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution

Manages transitioning of requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.

Arranges training and conducts end user training

Coaches or mentors other less experienced roles and collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

Contributes to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization
Ihr Profil

An experienced and senior Digital Project Manager/Delivery Lead with global digital platform experience (5+ Years and more)

University degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline
-
Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information
-
Ability to work in international environment across multiple business needs

Experience in agile delivery methodologies and in managing work, code, tests and builds in an agile framework utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
-
Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation or task to another
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meeting

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
-
Capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff

Fluent in English, written and oral

Willingness to travel 10-15% in average
