The Project Management Team at Samsung Semiconductor Europe is a small team with engaged experts. Role and Responsibilities

• Ticket Management: Support Project Managers in monitoring and updating the status of technical support requests (tickets) raised by customers for various automotive projects.
• Project Tracking: Provide regular ticket statistics, reports and design innovative visual dashboards to aid in project tracking, long term planning and decision-making.
• Project Coordination: For certain tickets, support Project Managers in the coordination of follow-up actions with developers and Field Application Engineers.
• Require Management: Assist Project Managers in change request process and various phases of project lifecycle, including updating, importing and exporting the hosted items in requirements management tools
• Information Management: Assist with process documentation, classifying and comparing various test results for actionable insights by the Project Management team.

Skills and Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in engineering, project management, or a related field
• You will maintain the student status for at least one year
• You had prior coursework or practical experiences in software project management and are interested in automotive industry
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
• You are detail-oriented and pay attention to ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation
• You have excellent communication skills and are a proactive team player with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
