• Recruitment of new employees

• Conducting interviews with suitable candidates

• Onboarding of new employees

• Creation and implementation of HR strategies, in line with business strategy

• Monitoring and analyzing trends in salary and compensation payments

• Creation of company policies related to behavior, health and safety, and disciplinary actions

• Organizing team events and training sessions

• Good knowledge of human nature

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (Company language: English)

• Understanding of labor law
