You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues

Work with digital automation consultants to technically translate process diagnostic insights into compelling solutions with demonstrable financial value impact

Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account's terminology and KPIs

Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits

Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs

Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions
Ihr Profil

Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or Process/Discrete Automation

Work experience - Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment

Proven track record - Within a sales and/or service role in discrete or process manufacturing

Technical know-how - Experience in IT/OT (e.g. Cloud, IIoT, ICS) and applications insights

Communication skills - Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience

Language proficiency - Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
