Ihre Aufgaben

• You lead roadmap and lifecycle management, identify market opportunities, and define product requirements for the Industrial Firewall Product Line

• Collaborate with engineering, design and security teams for customer-centric product development and innovation

• Manage product launches, prioritize features, and ensure critical focus

• Develop effective strategies with sales and marketing with regard to market dynamics and audience needs

• Establish pricing strategies, validate with global sales, and adapt to market trends

• Conduct ongoing research, gather feedback, and stay informed of industry trends in cybersecurity

• Drive revenue through competitive positioning and analyze product performance for future enhancements

Ihr Profil

• Education - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field

• Experience - At least 5 years of successful track record of developing and launching products, industrial markets preferred, and at least 1 year of cybersecurity experience in industrial automation market, with expertise in market sizing methodologies (TAM, PAM, SAM), Agile and Waterfall Project Management processes

• Technical background - Proficient in TCP/IP, OSI model, and Purdue model networking concepts, including network segmentation, access control, and firewall configurations, skilled in Linux CLI, Wireshark, TCPdump, and firewall technologies like Iptables or pfsense, familiarity with industrial protocols and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is advantageous

• Personality - Demonstrates autonomy in work, excels as a problem solver, and communicates effectively and efficiently, easily builds working relationships externally and internally

• Willingness to travel - Up to 15 % internationally

• Language proficiency - Fluency in English (written and spoken) and, ideally, German
