Ihre Aufgaben

• Production scheduling in accordance with orders, forecast or stock requirements

• Reconciliate the production plan accordingly to the orders and forecast

• Track raw material and ingredients needs to meet the production schedule demand

• Conciliate differences

• Manage inventory level (conform and at risk inventory)

• Provide month end forecast to finance

• Organize and file production packets

• Report inventory levels and schedule attainment

  Customers deliveries:

• To communicate on a daily base with planner / production team to secure the client order accordingly with the quality control (Products release, Certificate of Analysis).

  Initiatives:

• To propose and lead the actions to improve the planning performance.

• Communication:

  o To work closely with the Production Supervisor on inventory levels/schedules/ delivery time.

  o To work closely with production scheduler due to order changes

• To constantly improve the supply chain of raw materials and ingredients.

Ihr Profil

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience

• 1-5 years of experience

• Analyzing data/ Statistics

• Microsoft office (Excel) advanced
