Your tasks and responsibilities:
* Define key performance metrics, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations
* Drive further the development of our sales dashboard in Salesforce / PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric
* Developing Usecases in Salesforce Analytics
* Perform analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include deriving bid-no-bid criteria, customer segmentation, etc.)
* Drive sales reports and forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units
* Orchestrate the design and implementation of new technologies to further drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes
Your expertise:
* Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modelling
* Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
* Fluent in both German and English
Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred
