Who we are
What awaits you
As a contact person (m/f/d), you will be the interface between our clients, SOC and Sales.
You will give presentations to potential SOC-as-a-Service clients.
You will define use cases for and together with clients.
You will accompany PoCs with workshops and subsequently with regular status meetings at the client's site.
Ability to identify advantages and disadvantages of individual SIEM systems
You are technically versed enough to understand the wishes and requirements of the clients. You have strong consulting skills and are able to communicate the possibilities and their feasibility to the clients.
You will support your colleagues (m/f/d) with your expertise in the creation of offers and service descriptions as well as in the definition of new services.
In cooperation with our editorial team, you will create and maintain documents that will be used by all sales staff during the presales phase.
You will support the quotation process until the successful completion of orders.
You will collect ideas and impulses from clients and employees (m/f/d), which will then be instrumental in determining the future strategy and direction of the company.
Ihr Profil
A degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable field of study
Several years of relevant professional experience
Technical expertise and a strong "sales gene"
Practical experience with at least one SIEM system
Ability to identify advantages and disadvantages of individual SIEM systems
Very good, authoritative communication skills and a feel for the wishes and requirements of clients
Very good presentation skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
