If this opportunity appeals to you, come and join us in the position of Lean Process Analyst (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to analyze, document, and optimize business processes using lean methods. Identify process inefficiencies, provide tailored solutions, and guide the organization through process improvements
- Serve as an internal consultant for process management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between functional departments
- Take ownership of designing and continuously evolving innovative digital solutions, focusing on process automation and digital transformation
- Lead and manage all project phases - including design, build, testing, and implementation - in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and target operating models in close cooperation with relevant functional teams
- Provide technical management and support for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies, working closely with IT teams and process owners to ensure successful deployment and maintenance
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 2 years proven experience in business process analysis (lean approach), requirements management, and project management
- Strong experience in process automation and familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate or similar platforms
- Proven affinity for digital solutions, with a proactive, self-learning mindset
- Demonstrated ability to contribute ideas, work in a solution-oriented manner and take responsibility for individual projects
- Highly motivated, engaged, and hands-on approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
