These are your tasks: The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) plans, develops and orchestrates our marketing activities in our Central Europe Sales region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Nordics, CEE) and manages on a technical basis one working student.
- Orchestration and implementation of regional marketing campaigns (online and offline) as well as best practice sharing and exchange with other regions.
- Managing regional CRM/Salesforce campaigns, Email-Marketing and KPI tracking
- Planning, creation and adaptation of marketing materials (e.g. video references, sales brochures, campaigns, exhibition booths) for the region aligned with Corporate Identity/Design
- Creation of the exhibitions and trade fair planning for the region, orchestration and implementation together with service providers, SBUs and sales team
- Planning and management of the regional marketing budget and success control.
Who we are looking for:
- Completed studies with a focus on marketing and communication or a corresponding commercial apprenticeship, as well as several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or in a technical environment
- Very good knowledge of the modern and digital marketing mix
- Experience in the planning and implementation of trade fairs/conventions
- Organizational talent, planning skills and commitment in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English. Another European foreign language is a plus.
