The innovative pharmaceutical technology company castus is a leading global supplier of

of transfer systems for sterile and rapid loading and unloading of isolators.

Our transfer solutions are used in isolators to ensure the sterile production of pharmaceuticals.

At our site in Ochsenhausen in southern Germany our main products are developed, produced

and assembled - thanks to our approximately 50 employees who support us every day.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Development, implementation and monitoring of quality management systems in accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant standards (e.g. DIN ISO 9001, 14001, GMP)

• Organizational management of internal quality assurance projects for prototype development, validation, internal studies, test planning and analysis

• Planning and conducting internal and external audits as well as coordinating certifications and document control

• Internal consulting and ensuring compliance with quality requirements for machines in the pharmaceutical industry

• Drawing up test plans and checklists, carrying out error analyses, defining and implementing of corrective measures

• Support with IQ / OQ / PQ

• Training and raising employee awareness of internal and external quality parameters

• Possibly Option on organizational management of the quality department including staff management

Ihr Profil

• You have completed training or a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field and have several yers of professional experience in the filed of quality (quality management, quality assurance).

• Ideally, you already have experience with the relevant regulatory requirements in the area of pharmaceutical facilities such as GMP, cleanroom and containment requirements.

• Experience with primary packaging materials would be an advantage

• Process-oriented thinking and a structured, independent way of working are a matter of course for you.

• You communicate easily in German and English with our international customers.

• With persuasiveness and strong communication skills, you will sharpen our quality awareness!
