You collaborate with executives on long-term goals, budgeting, and growth plans

You partner with sales to drive competitive, flexible pricing strategies

You implement systems for financial insights and process automation

You engage with senior leaders, consultants, and auditors on strategic initiatives

You strengthen partnerships and maintain necessary insurance coverage

You serve on subsidiary boards and enhance internal controls

You hire and train key accounting team members
Reporting

You ensure the European accounting aligns with US and local GAAP
-
You report company and sales KPIs regularly
-
You oversee timely, accurate financial reports, tax filings, and compliance
-
You manage month-end close, continuously improving efficiency
-
You enhance financial systems and controls
-
You lead audit preparations with external auditors
Capital Needs
-
You secure adequate capital to achieve the business unit's strategic objectives
-
You approve payments, manage receivables risk, and oversee cash flow
-
You manage investments, asset portfolio, and banking relationships
-
You provide financial insights and coordinate global finance with regional GM
Functional Support
-
You ensure accuracy and timeliness in customer invoices, payables (incl. salary & commissions) processing and fixed assets
-
You supply sales team with customer performance data
Ihr Profil

You come with a strong knowledge of US GAAP
-
You have extensive experience in multinational organizations, including discounted cash flow and financing models as well as with customer contracts & pricing strategies

You bring proven interpersonal and leadership skills

You are proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred
-
You have a Driving License and are willing to travel as required (up to 25%)

You communicate confidently in English and enjoy intercultural interaction

You have a strong motivation for proactive personal development and a high willingness to learn

You think and act in a customer and service-oriented manner and represent our company in an exemplary way
