- You are responsible for building and expanding profitable customer relationships
- You are responsible for maintaining all relevant customer data in our CRM system
- You determine customer needs by providing on-site support in the store and during field service appointments
- Expanding our customer base by (re-)acquiring B2B customers, including through sales campaigns in the store, is one of your tasks
- You answer B2B customer inquiries of all kinds Your success factors
- Completed technical or commercial training
- You already have experience in (B2B) sales
- Ideally, you already have experience with CRM systems and the online connection of business customers
- You are characterized by your entrepreneurial mindset, your commitment and your customer orientation
- You have a good command of English
