Ihre Aufgaben

Ongoing accounting work, such as account assignment, posting of General Ledger accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable

• Posting business transactions to banks

• Account reconciliation and clarification

• Preparation and reconciliation of payment transactions

• Receivables management and dunning

• Maintaining and updating accounting master data

• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Assessment of sales tax issues, preparation of advance sales tax returns / VAT returns

• Respect of the internal controls

• Preparation of goods statistics

Ihr Profil

Completed bachelor in accountancy

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting

• Good knowledge of the German accounting specificities (VAT, social taxes, …)

• Confident in using MS Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel

• Good English knowledge, French is considered as a strong asset

• Careful, independent, structured and reliable way of working

• Economic thinking and behavior

• Sociability, reliability, motivation and commitment

• A high degree of responsibility, accuracy and discretion
