- Oversee the development of battery cells, ensuring all technical processes are considered
- Resolve conflicting goals and make sound technical decisions
- Design battery cells in line with customer requirements
- Manage and assess technical maturity and associated risks
- Lead feasibility studies and conduct root cause analysis
- Document and present project outcomes
### Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of work experience in battery cell development, from laboratory scale to mass production
- Project management experience
- Strong team-working skills, with a willingness and desire to collaborate in an innovative and international environment
- Excellent communication skills
