• Representation of our store as an important point of contact

• Competent and demand-oriented customer consulting to enhance the customer experience

• Presentation and sale of IT hardware and additional products

• Preparation of offers and invoices for our customers

• You feel responsible for the market and ensure an appealing presentation of goods

• Support in the implementation of advertising activities

Ihr Profil

• Recording of device and customer specific data

• High quality cleaning of sensitive devices

• Technical inspection and refurbishment of IT hardware

• Performing minor repairs of notebooks, PC systems and monitors.

• Data erasure and security checks

• Installation of operating systems

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• Enjoy working with sustainable products

• Technical understanding, preferably PC hardware knowledge

• Solution-oriented and attentive way of working

• High quality thinking

• Reliable and committed

• German language skills, both written and spoken

• Team player

• High flexibility to achieve common goals,

• A completed vocational training in retail - however, career changers with experience in the sale of IT products are welcome as well

• A very strong customer and service orientation

• Experience in dealing with IT hardware and technical affinity

• A lot of fun in the daily contact with people and joy in advising sustainable products

• Very good written and spoken German

• Ability to work in a team and high flexibility to achieve common goals

• Well groomed appearance
