Ihre Aufgaben

• You ensure privacy of our customer and employee data across teams and are responsible for the operation and evolution of our DMS.

• You regularly review data processing activities and assess the impact of new projects and initiatives.

• You reply to data subject access and deletion requests, ensuring compliant processing.

• You conduct data privacy training sessions for employees to assure awareness for and understanding of data protection requirements.

• You review third-party vendors for compliance with data protection requirements.

Ihr Profil

• You have good knowledge of the German and English languages and are able to cope with both languages in an official context, e.g. regulations, laws, and contracts.

• You understand data privacy, how it relates to offering SaaS products, and you have previous experience in this field.

• You are a team player with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.

• You have analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably, you have worked with Atlassian tools before, especially Confluence and Jira.

• Ideally you hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Security, Legal, Compliance) and/or a relevant certification.
