Ihre Aufgaben
In your role as internal auditor, you will be part of the German Desk Practice Life & Health of Group Audit. You will strengthen the team covering audits in Life business (including product development, actuarial, underwriting, policy administration and claims processes). During the planning and execution of internal audits, you will conduct process analysis, perform analyse deviations and assess the respective processes. You are a business partner for management and support the improvement of the organisation in achieving its goals. You will also exchange with the international audit community on audits where your knowledge is needed. We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented internal auditor with a very good understanding of Life business. The successful candidate will also have experience in data analysis. She/he will contribute to the efficiency, productivity and success of Allianz Internal Audit.,

Perform timely, high-quality and risk-oriented audits in the area of Life business in compliance with the auditing standards of Allianz SE Audit German Desk

Add value through identifying areas of improvement when conducting process analysis with regard to governance, risk management and controls

Collaborate with other audit departments nationally and internationally

Contribute independent ideas for the further development of audit processes and methodologies

Show constructive and trusting cooperation through open and customer-oriented communication and present Internal Audit German Desk as a competent partner through professional appearance
Ihr Profil

University degree / Master's degree in economics or comparable
-
Experience in auditing
-
In-depth knowledge of supervisory and legal requirements for financial service providers and/or, in particular, insurance companies

Profound knowledge of German and English
-
Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
