In the real estate industry, HEICO Property Partners specializes in long-term properties in the retail, office and logistics sectors. Due to steady growth, we would like to set up a new location in Stuttgart and are looking for you as a technical property manager (m/f/d). Your tasks

• Overall technical responsibility for commercial real estate

• Create, manage, optimize and monitor compliance with service and maintenance plans

• Close coordination with tenants and owners of properties

• Ensuring compliance with general safety regulations and official requirements/regulations

• Planning, assignment and control of technical services

• Evaluation of the building services systems, as well as analysis to optimize the operating costs

• Deriving and formulating maintenance and modernization requirements

• Budgeting and cost control

• Supporting commercial property management in technical matters and reporting

Ihr Profil

• Sound professional experience in technical property/facility management of commercial real estate

• Technical, manual, real estate economics training or studies with a real estate background

• Independent and responsible way of working

• Confident and reliable appearance, as well as a strong understanding of service and customer orientation

• Experienced handling of the common MS Office package, desirable iX-Haus Plus and Docuware

• Willingness to travel on business and a category B driver's license
