Shift Manager Expansion Modular Construction (m/f/d)

in full time in permanent employment with 2 shifts

The Lechner Group GmbH is a medium-sized group of companies with approximately 600 employees. We develop residential construction projects for a wide variety of clients, with a range of services from the purchase of land to the handover of the completed construction project to the customer.

At Deutsche ModulhausFabrik GmbH, we prefabricate completely finished residential units equipped with all installations. Windows, doors, floor and wall coverings, even the kitchen and bathroom fittings including lighting are already installed when the modules are delivered to the construction site for final assembly.

Tasks

• Management of the employees in the production

• Coordinating and assigning workers to work stations

• Monitoring the production and ensuring a smooth flow of work

• Checking the quality of the goods and ensuring material availability on the line

• Control of quality measures

• Monitoring the quality of work execution

Ihr Profil

• First management experience as foreman or shift supervisor desirable

• Work experience in the trade

• Pronounced organizational skills and forward-looking action

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Good communication skills
