You will take over a keyrole in the development of After Sales business and identify market-potential in the target countries

In cooperation with our distributors and stakeholders in Europe you will analyze the local markets and customer expectations

You will generate strategies, set actions and steer the distributors based on KPIs

As the central interface regarding all strategic After Sales & Service topics you are in regular contact to other departments, especially to the Lead Area Sales Manager and the operative After Sales Service Teams

You directly report to the Director After Sales EMEA
Ihr Profil
-
Bachelor´s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in After Sales, Spare Parts or Marketing
-
High level of customer orientation and market understanding

Strong communicator operating in an intercultural environment with the willingness to travel

Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other languages is an advantage
-
Well structured and analytical person valued for being a highly motivated self-starter as well as an absolute teamplayer
