What you'll do

As a Design Hub Lead in S/4HANA Cloud Finance, you are heading a growing, international team of application designers. Being part of the central design organization of S/4HANA, you are the visible spearhead of user experience for PM and Engineering. Expectations and Tasks

• You are a strong interaction designer with empathy for the end user
• You lead the application design work in S/4HANA Finance and guide designers of your area
• You align with area design leads and design hub leads in Finance and other business areas to get overall S/4HANA user experience consistent
• You build up strong relationship with PM and Engineering in your area
• You contribute to the product strategy of your product area in partnership with Product management
• You strive for design discovery projects together with design colleagues, product management and engineering
• You keep overview on UX activities in your area What you bring
• Degree in Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction or comparable fields is required
• 6+ years of experience in Interaction Design
• you bring a proven track of successful design projects where UX worked closely together with PM and engineering
• Experience in designing business applications in the area of Finance is a must
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be a solid team player in international teams
