- We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (f/m/d) for the sale of technical textiles, with a focus on nonwovens. In this position you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers as well as the support and further development of existing customer relationships.
- Tasks:
- Client management: As an expert, you advise and support with customized solutions, manage client budgets and drive key development projects. Your goal is to expand existing business, identify growth opportunities and manage key global customer accounts with a European focus and global reach.
- Technical expertise: you have extensive experience in technical textiles, particularly with a focus on nonwovens.
- Travel: Your business trips are in the environment of national and international companies.
- Strategic focus: You carry out market analyses and plan the sales strategy to acquire new customers, keep an eye on the competition and ensure the growth of the specialty business in the plant hulls and packaging segments, among others.
- Detailed work: Together with internal stakeholders, such as R&D and Supply Chain, you implement individual solutions for customers within Europe as well as on a global level and ensure the training of all necessary information. Qualificationsarrow_right
- You combine a degree in chemistry, biology or textile engineering with strong commercial and technical knowledge.
- You have sound experience in selling products that require detailed technical explanations.
- You have a proven ability to conduct negotiations independently and lead project teams.
- You live a value-based sales approach to meet individual customer needs and drive sales.
- You communicate confidently at different hierarchical levels, enjoy making new contacts and proactively create innovative solutions.
- You are willing to travel at least 50% of the time beyond national borders.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (both at least C 1) and SAP system knowledge round off your profile.
