- Lead market research projects independently across various categories and methodologies and all stages: stakeholder alignment, agency briefing, agency selection, questionnaire/guide alignment, and presentation of results
- Manage projects across all FHCS core categories: Floor Cleaning, Wiping/Scouring, and Laundry Care
- Execute projects using various methodologies: Concept Test, Price Test, Product Test, Artwork Tests, Brand Image Tracking, etc.
- Independently set up and analyze market research studies using DIY survey tools (e.g., claim tests, simple Conjoints, Artwork tests)
- Consult with stakeholders on market research topics (e.g., Concept writing, research timing)
- Create ad-hoc or recurring data analysis based on various data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI sell-out data)
- Maintain and improve the research library for historic market research projects Qualificationsarrow_right
- 3+ years of relevant job experience in: consumer insights and research, category insights (FMCG, non-food industry) and in qualitative and quantitative research as well as Business Intelligence (e.g., Nielsen / IRI)
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally with focus on marketing, communication, media, economics or comparable fields
- Business fluent in English, German is a plus
- Market Research Project Management experience across various different qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g. as part of a market research agency or client side)
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with strong holistic thinking and disciplined collaboration skills
