• Management of external service providers at Weinheim Industrial Park (performance control, documentation, quality discussions, invoicing)
• Ensuring security processes (internal plant security activities, achievement of security objectives, implementation of FCPS 2 at Weinheim Industrial Park)
• Creation of security concepts (perimeter, prototype protection, eavesdropping security, information protection, events and workplace violence)
• Participation in the further development of the plant security organization
• Carrying out investigative activities in close cooperation with the relevant authorities (police, criminal investigation department, LKA, BKA, etc.)
• Participation in emergency management and event security
• Assistance in the operational area if required (control and patrols as well as locking services) Qualificationsarrow_right
• Completed vocational training including further training as a master craftsman for protection and security
• Impeccable police clearance certificate
• Very good manners, professional and tactful appearance as well as a high level of discretion
• High degree of flexibility, organizational skills, independent working style and service orientation as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong awareness of safety, health and environmental protection
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
