• Steer and contribute to the development of all performance related features (Software & Hardware) of the actual and next generation Formula E cars
• Lead the Formula E team and all its activities inside the vehicle science group
• Manage all performance related tradeoffs for all systems and components of the Formula E car together with the technical project leader
• Manage the support of all the performance and performance control systems related track and simulator activities of the race and test team
• Guide the development of performance relevant tools and methods inside the vehicle science group
• Project management of all vehicle science related work inside the Formula E project (budget, resources, deadlines) AnforderungenAnforderungenAnforderungen
• Successfully completed STEM studies
• Working experience (% 5 years) in high-end Motorsport (Formula E, Endurance Racing, Formula 1)
• Deep and large vehicle dynamics and full vehicle performance understanding and its contributions on a component and system level (performance control systems, suspension, tyre, setup, aero, differential and others)
• Communication / Teamwork & work under high pressure and tight given timelines, including travels and weekend work
• High expertise in either performance control systems (esp. Formula E) and/or high-end full vehicle performance optimization (eg. Formula 1)
• Good knowledge of English, German is benifical
