EHS Manager

Ihre Aufgaben

• Safety-related support in the design of workplaces, work processes and the use of work equipment

• Ensuring compliance with internal, legal and official requirements

• Assessment and approval of hazardous substances for production

• Maintaining the hazardous substances register, drawing up operating instructions in accordance with GefStoffV and BetrSichV.

• Planning and carrying out workplace measurements, e.g. air and noise emissions

• Carrying out hazard assessments and risk analyses

• Recording of occupational accidents as well as execution of accident analyses and planning of corrective measures.

• Planning and implementation of training courses and instructions

• Supervision of waste disposal including the creation of concepts for waste avoidance

• Collaboration in the internal BEM process

• Carrying out internal compliance audits

• EHS responsible person in communication with ITT

• Cooperation with company physician, occupational health and safety authorities, accident insurance carriers and external service providers

• Leading a Team

Ihr Profil

• Successful bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, education as a state-certified technician including at least 2 years of professional experience in these fields, or at least 4 years of experience as a technician, master craftsman or equivalent position

• Completed additional qualification as a "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit" is required

• Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety

• Very good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, technical rules and standards

• Confident handling of MS Office and Gensuite would be an advantage

• Good written and spoken English skills

• Proactive, reliable and structured working style

• Consultation skills, communication and teamwork skills and the ability to convince people of your intentions84081036
