IT Operation and Sales manager

Ceragon Networks, the global innovator and leading solutions provider of 5G wireless transport, is looking for a IT Operation and Sales manager to join our team.

Ihre Aufgaben

o Responsible for managing processes in the sales and operations domains within IT, overseeing two main teams: ERP Logistics Team and Salesforce Team. o Collaborating closely with the operations and sales departments, including senior management to ensure the process and systems meet the organization's business and strategic requirements. o Managing and leading projects to improve business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending innovative solutions. o Support and improvement of existing applications o Creating an annual plan and tracking its implementation daily. o Budget control and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. o Maintaining regular communication with software vendors, working on agreements and contracts o Working with the internal IT team creating and coordinating work plans, resources, developments and more. o Ensuring alignment and integration between ERP and Salesforce systems

Ihr Profil

o Analytical thinking o Ability to create and lead processes. o Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams. o Experience with logistics ERP systems and SF (Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud preferred). o Ability to work with senior management and business leaders. o Project management experience with a focus on process optimization. o Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. o Vast experience with SalesForce.com o Experience in Operation and Sales processes transformation o 5 years of related experience o Business-related degree or equivalent industry experience o Ability to work independently and in a team environment o Proactively takes ownership o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to build partnership with the business o Willingness to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment o Experience in a global multi-culture environment o Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution
