To strengthen our team in Wörth, we are looking for a

Quality Resident (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

• React on all customer calls related to NOK wiring harnesses
• Performing inspection and do repair/re-work on our cable harnesses
• Documentation of errors and creation of corresponding image material
• Communicate claims and send defective samples to Yazaki production
• Negotiate claims with customer
• Maintenance of our spare parts warehouse including the ordering of required materials (spare parts and missing parts)

What we are looking for:

• Completed training in mechanics, technical sector or equivalent
• Manual skills and basic technical understanding of crimping and wire harnesses
• Specialized experience in harnessing and quality is a plus
• Professional experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is desirable
• General awareness and presence for Yazaki at customer plant - communicate issues even before they are highlighted by customer
• Very good German language skills / good English language skills to communicate with the plants in Europe
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Able to work in shifts
• Drivers license required

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

• Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für den Kunden an der Montagelinie vor Ort
• Durchführen von Kontroll- und Reparaturarbeiten an unseren Kabelsätzen
• Dokumentation von Fehlern und Erstellung entsprechenden Bildmaterials
• Übersendung von fehlerhaften Teilen und dem entsprechenden Bildmaterial an unsere Yazaki Produktionswerke
• Koordination und Durchführung von Nacharbeiten
• Pflege unseres Ersatzteillagers einschließlich der Bestellung benötigter Materialien (Ersatz- und Fehlteile)

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wünschenswert
• Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in der Automobilindustrie wäre wünschenswert
• Fachspezifische Erfahrung im Bereich Kabelsatz und Qualität sind ein Plus
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, sich auch in englischer Sprache zu verständigen und/ oder die Bereitschaft die Englischkenntnisse zu verbessern
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Führerschein vorhanden
